Expressions In Wood, Nanaimo, BC is an innovative approach to an art studio/gallery that combines the creative skills of Vancouver Island woodcarvers Jackson Robertson and Kim Kirton.
Their latest wood carvings will be on display in an art gallery type setting; however, on any given day, customers will also be able to view the carvers at work on commission pieces in various stages of development. For all of you closet artists, plans for wood carving classes are slated for the new year. Learn how to make an authentic native mask or plaque.
